Adventures in raking

Well, fall is upon us and that means piles and piles of leaves. Eventually I think we'll just switch to fake trees in our yard, because the real ones that we don't kill are too much work. At any rate, we have had two afternoons of raking (the same section of lawn) and there will be another round as soon as a big wind comes through. we had fun though - we'd make a big pile and Josiah would drive his bike into it, or we would roll through them or bury someone in them, etc. We also discovered that it is impossible to find a child's sized rake. Josiah was a riot and fully armed and dangerous with a full-size rake. Here are some funny photos from the efforts.
